*Defective product (new and unused):
We'll send you a free replacement item of equal value or, if you prefer, a superior design.

*Wrong size sent due to store error:
We carry out the exchange at no additional cost. Reverse logistics applies where applicable.

*Inappropriate size chosen by the customer:
You can request an exchange as long as the garment is new, unworn, and undamaged, with the tags and sanitary pad intact.

-In this case, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*Dissatisfaction with the design:
You may only exchange the garment if it is new, within the warranty period, and includes the original tag and sanitary pad.

-Returns of used garments, garments without tags, or garments without sanitary pads are not accepted.

*You received a product with a fault or error:
Please email us at bomboomed@gmail.com within the specified timeframe and we'll resolve the issue immediately.
